After years of working in the yacht industry, I saw the need to organize the days that crew members are available to work and how hard it is for recruiters to find qualified workers. With this site, it makes it much easier for recruiters to know the days when crew members are available and find the worker that fits their needs.
Crew can update their available dates and cv at any time and recruiters can check who is available.
We do not recruit, just organize the crew cvs and dates available.
